Business hours for the public: Monday to Thursday: 8:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Drop-off box (available to the public and travel agencies): Monday to Thursday: 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:45 a.m. to 12:00 noon
The Visas and Immigration section is closed to the public on Friday.
