China Embassy in Armenia

Armenian nationals seeking entry to China must comply with the requirements set by the China Embassy in Armenia, at Yerevan.  For Tourist/Family Visit Visa or the L Visa, applicants must present an original document and submit a copy of a valid Invitation Letter from a Travel Agency that is authorized by the Chinese government, a valid passport with four-month validity before expiration and at least one (1) blank page, and an accurately, legibly completed China Visa Application Form.

The regular Visa Fees per Armenian national applicant here quoted in US dollars, as per China Visa category, are as follows: Single-Entry Visa - USD 50; Double-Entry Visa - USD 80, Multi-Entry Visa with 6-month validity - USD 100; Multi-Entry Visa with 12-month validity - USD 150; and, Group Visa - USD 40.

Chinese Embassy in Armenia normally processes Visa for one (1) week from date of submission of requirements and payment of Visa Fee, however, those who like their China Visa processed quickly may avail of the Expedited Service offered by the China Consulate.

China Visa can be picked-up on the third to fifth day from date of submission by paying additional USD 20 or on the second day from date of submission by paying additional USD 30.  For the latter option, an Armenian national applying for China Visa needs to submit a certification issued by authorities concerned and a copy of the air ticket for verification of flight schedule.
