The Embassy of China in Bahrain, in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain has posted the specifics for China Visa application.Bahraini nationals planning to book a trip to China should follow the following general procedures to secure a China Visa, without difficulty.
Applicants are requested to queue up in the hall of the Consulate Office and find the booth dealing with Visa applications. When the applicants turn is called he/she can make enquiries regarding qualifications and requirements for China Visa or readily submit a duly accomplished Visa Application Form and pertinent documents. The next step is to pay the corresponding Visa Fee. The Pick-up form should contain the time and date of Visa Claim.
Visa applicants are to pay attention to any changes in schedule of Consular services and check the Visa, passport and other legal documents carefully, accordingly.
The Chinese embassy in Bahrain announced that only accepts visa application of Bahraini citizens. Other citizens, who work or reside in Bahrain for a long period, are considered provided they present supporting documents such as Work Permit or Residence Permit and their copies, CPR and a copy of the same.
Securing a China Tourist Visa requires a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity remaining and at least one (1) blank Visa page; one (1) Visa Application Form, accurately filled-up and signed and affixed with one (1) passport-type photograph. For verification purposes, the China Embassy in Bahrain may ask a copy of the return tickets or confirmed itinerary while in China, or an onward ticket is the applicant seeks a Transit Visa.
