Embassy Visa Information:
Visa application process is uncomplicated and there is no requiring paying for additional services. So consult the Embassy if someone asks for a bribe so that we may take suitable action. Nonimmigrant visa interviews are detained by appointment only. We will not agree to appointment requests by e-mail or phone. So, all this information should be kept in mind. When you have an appointment date and time for your interview, gratify pay remark to these orders. To be listed for your visa interview, you must be present at the Embassy with all required forms fully completed online plus your photos and fees, on that date and at that time.
Requirements:
The essential credentials required for a business or tourist visa are: 1. Completed application form for each traveler (DS-156) obtainable through the internet at https://evisaforms.state.gov/ds156.asp. 2. Males between the ages of 16 and 45 also need form DS-157 – accessible online at http://foia.state.gov/FORMS/visa/ds0157.pdf. 3. One passport-size (5cm x 5cm) photograph for each applicant, in spite of age. The Embassy does not help any specific vendors, and will accept any photos meeting our size and work requirements: Photos must be full face, high quality, and taken against a white background. 4. A passport valid for at least six months after the date of arrival in the United States. 5. USD $131 non-refundable application fee.
Visa Fee:
The request fee for a U.S. nonimmigrant visa is $131 or the CFA equal. This fee permits the Department of State to recover the costs of security and other enhancements to the non-immigrant visa application process. There are extra issuance fees, which vary according to the type and duration of the visa. The cost of each formal immigrant visa application and processing fee is 355 USD or the CFA equivalent, and the Surcharge fee is 45 USD or the CFA equivalent, for a total of 400 USD.
Information and Documentation on visa:
Special immigrant recurring inhabitants and US government workers have to pertain to the Desk of State through a US consular office abroad. All other special immigrants should file a Form I-360 petition with an INS office. Documents Necessary in Support of a Visa Application: All applicants must submit certain personal documents such as passports, birth certificates, police certificates, and other civil documents, as well as evidence that they will not become public charges of the United States.
