Embassy Visa Information:

To get visa information or to plan an interview appointment at the Embassy, visa applicants will require gaining a scratch card from a restricted vendor for $15.50 US. This card will allow applicants access to a service center located in Dakar, Senegal.

Requirements:

Following requirements must be fulfill.
The name, date and place of birth of your spouse and all natural children, as well as all legally-adopted and stepchildren.
New photographs of the applicant and his/her spouse and each child under 21 years of age.
You have to also a elevated school education or its equivalent, defined as successful completion of a 12-year course of elementary and secondary education;
Two years of work knowledge within the past five years in a job requiring at least two years of training or understanding to carry out.

Visa Fee:

Fee of every immigrant visa application processing   is (US) $335. Fees must be paid for each immigrant in spite of age, and are not refundable. Restricted currency equivalents are satisfactory. Fees should not be sent to the consular office if not requested specially. The BCIS charges extra fees for filing petitions.


Information and Documentation on Visa:


A Sworn statement of Support form is required for most family-based and some employment based immigrants to show there is adequate means of financial support in the U.S., by the supplicant or other sponsor(s) for the immigrant.  Based on law, not everyone will be given a visa to come to the U.S.
The Immigration and Nationality Act allows for the immigration of foreigners to the United States based on relationship to a U.S. citizen or legal enduring resident.
The supplicant must give a sworn statement of Support, Form I-864.
All Applicants should present certain personal documents such as passports, birth certificates, police certificates, and other civil documents. The consular officer will inform visa applicants of the documents wanted as their applications are processed.

Eligibility:

Applicants are eligible if following documents are available.

1.Passport valid for at least 6 months
2.Birth Certificate
3.Marriage Certificate
4.If you your spouse have been before married, you must also near evidence of the extinction of such marriage certificate.
5.Medical examination certificate.
6.Police permission from every country in which you have lived for 6 months or more after the age of 15
7.2 front view passport size (2" x 2") photos in color on white setting.
