Embassy Visa Information:
When you travel to the U.S., satisfy permit sufficient time to process your visa application. We run the visa process firmly but fairly so as to best protect the United States. At the same time, we are dedicated to the essential honesty for which the United States has always been known. We welcome and encourage travel to the United States and treat you with self-respect and admiration, even if we are unable to grant you a visa. Beginning November 1, 2006, all applications for non-immigrant visas must be finished using the Electronic Visa Application Form.
Requirements:
There are following requirements.
Diagram your travel and visa applicant as far in advance as possible; Complete your application fully and accurately; Be imminent about your purpose and plans; Get ready for your interview by being able to clearly and in a few words describe you target.
Visa Fee:
The Head and Director General of Malian bank, Banquet International pours le Mali, of an agreement for off-site visa fee collection. Under this agreement, Malian visa applicants will now pay the $100 visa application fee at any branch of Banquet International pours le Mali, instead of at the U.S.
Information and Documentation on Visa:
Applicants setting up to study in the United States or contribute in international exchange programs should make their visa appointments with the Consular Section at least two months before their entry date.
All sustaining documents obtainable with the application to meet the requirements must be either original, or copies certified by the issuance authorities, bearing the official’s seal and signature. Photocopies of documents certified by a Notary Public are not acceptable. An official written translation is necessary for any document issued in languages other than English or French.
Eligibility:
U.S. Department of Homeland Safety regulations state that holders of nonimmigrant visas will not be admitted to the United States more than thirty days prior to the beginning of the program date, or start date, as given on the Form I-20 or DS-2019.
The U.S. Immigration and Nationality Act give two nonimmigrant visa classifications for persons wishing to study in the United States. At an educational institution accepted by the United States Nationality and Immigration Services visa is for academic studies, and the visa is for nonacademic or occupational studies.
